Our Process

Space:

We highly suggest choosing a space that offers a quieter atmosphere for your headshot experience. Our goal is to provide genuine facial coaching, and a location with less foot traffic is ideal for creating an interactive and connected environment with the person being photographed. It can be uncomfortable for individuals to have peers watching as they are being photographed, so a more private setting is preferred. Selecting a space with these characteristics will help ensure a successful and enjoyable headshot session.

Setup

We can set up our portable studio in your office space within 30 minutes. All we require is a 12’x12’ open area to set up our camera, lighting, backdrop, and computer equipment.

Facial Guidance:

Using our many years of professional experience, we are able to provide coaching services that help individuals achieve the perfect expression.

Photo Selection:

There is an option for your team members to select their headshots live while we are photographing. This makes the photo delivery process much faster and smoother. The selection process takes from 5 to 15 minutes per person.

Retouching:

Once all the photo selections are made, all the selected images go through additional editing to ensure a consistent and cohesive look. Optional detail retouching is also available.

Delivery:

Final images are delivered electronically in 4 different resolutions. We can deliver the photos in any resolution requested. The final images are delivered within 2 weeks.
